Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we’re not shipping internationally at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with handling taking 2–3 business days. Standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states usually takes 2–7 business days, while shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take 8–10 business days.

How can I track my order?

After your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that tracking updates are generated when the order is processed, not when it ships, and may take up to 48 hours to become active.

What should I do if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

ShipCheck is Perfumia Co.’s premium package protection service, giving you peace of mind if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged.

If anything goes wrong, just email us at support@perfumiaco.com—we’ll file the claim and handle everything for you.

Orders not covered by ShipCheck are not eligible for compensation; Perfumia Co. cannot assume liability for loss, theft, or damage.

How do I file a claim with ShipCheck Shipping Insurance if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?

If you purchased ShipCheck Shipping Insurance and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, just email us at support@perfumiaco.com. We’ll gladly file the claim and provide a replacement or refund.

Can I change my billing address after I've placed an order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the billing address once an order has been processed. Don’t worry—your order will still be delivered to your shipping address.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

If you purchase ShipCheck Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered in the event it is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. In these cases, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund—just contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.

If ShipCheck is not added at checkout, Perfumia Co. is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
